What Is Your “Why”?

Today I am sharing a part of my heart, my “why”, with you.
My mentors talk about goal setting and having a strong desire to reach your
goals in order to be successful with building a residual income. My goal is to
replace my full-time offline income. The “why” is that my daughter, Ashley, has autism.
Ashley is 13 years old. She is not completely potty trained and cannot talk well enough
to have conversations. She started having seizures 4 years ago. She now takes
medication several times a day. She is the light of our lives and to us perfect in
every way. She is a happy child who enjoys art and music. She does not have any
friends. It is hard to make friends when she has trouble with talking and social skills.
Many children with autism are never able to talk. We are blessed that she can talk some.
She has learned to ask for some things that she wants and needs. She still cannot tell
us when she is sick. That is a challenge. She will cry and we will try to get her to
tell us what is wrong, but she cannot. It breaks your heart. We have been told that she
will never be able to live on her own and take care of herself. But she continues to
progress. She continues to learn new words each day.
I could make a full-time job out of working with her and advocating for her. When I
reach my goals, I will have that option. So I have made a decision to treat Internet
Marketing as a business and not just a hobby. As a result my business has been really growing.
An extra bonus is the new friends that I have made online in other states and countries.
What is your “why”? Do you have strong goals that you are working towards? When you
become focused in on your goals, you will do what it takes to succeed.

Hey Kim.
It was great to read your WHY.
Every goal we have need to have a background reason that will propel us forward despite daily distractions and perceived obstacles, especially success and replacing an JOB salary with consistent Online Marketing Income.
It’s clear that your attitude(mind-set), your consistency and your WHY will get you to where you want to be.
Ahshley has a wonderful mom – blessings to you ~ Maya
Kim – Great job getting your blog up and going!! Way-to-go!
Thanks for sharing Ashley with us!!
All the best to you – Debbie
Hey Kim,
I am so glad you are a part of our inner circle. I will do my best to help you reach your goals.

Hi Kim,
I can sympathize with you for I am raising full time my 2 grand children 3 1/2 and 2. Both were exposed to drugs and alcohol. My 2 year old was a preemie born with drugs in her system. She is having FASD and my little boy has spectrum autism. It is not easy raising special needs children and to take proper care of them and be with them I decided to build my online network business which I take very serious and want to make it work.
I admire you for telling the world about your child, not many parents will make it publicly.
All my best wishes,
Gabriele

You could be ranking a lot higher in Google with this post if you put to use some type of keyword monitoring tool such as this one: bit.ly/keywordranking Merely my 2 cents as a fellow niche webmaster. Cheers, Ranee Amason
Hai actually found this to be a little funny! Maybe just more ironic. I like it either way.

so nice to read kim. So few appreciate the value of what was once regarded as a gift; to be touched by God’
In my own experience people born with so called ‘handicaps’ are often blessed with an absence of the less desirable human traits and in my blog I hope at some stage to share such stories. However there is a blog post on mental health you may enjoy in the category ‘womble wobblers’
